Scenario: To manage the installation of a new boiler system and ensuite, bathroom refurbishment plus whole house decoration including stripping of floors, servicing of windows and painting and decorating of a 3 storey Victorian house, London, N4.

Key point: Birth of first child due imminent.

What we did: Brought in a trusted team of builders, negotiated on behalf of the client for best price and signed contracts all within 7 days.

Managed team onsite with two site visits a week, plus researched bathroom suites, and tiles for client and obtained trade discounts for them. Liaised with building control and kept the client informed via face to face meetings and a bi-weekly report on progress.

Scenario: Complete refurbishment of a 3 bed Victorian terraced house in SE London

Key points: House had been split into 4 bedrooms with Kitchen in dining room and a bathroom and toilet downstairs.

What we did: Stripped the house including ripping out bathroom, toilet and kitchen, moved the bathroom and toilet upstairs and created a separate W/C downstairs. In addition to this extended and opened the back area of the house and knocked through the lounge to create a large open living space. In moving the bathroom upstairs we maintained the house’s 3 double bedrooms and ensured the bathroom had natural light.

Within the extended and opened back area we created a new modern kitchen and also added a new downstairs W/C.
