Recreate Property are a residential building project management company who deliver residential refurbishment project management in and around London and the South East. Our experience is based on our own property development knowledge, over the past 5 years, and more recently managing projects for clients.
We have built good relationships within the industry allowing us to be able to pull together teams that are reliable, trustworthy and good at what they do. Our focus is to bring your refurbishment project in on time and to budget.

We are happy to discuss your needs without commitment to ascertain whether our services are right for you. Typically we are able to add value when:
- The project has not started and you are still looking at what you need in terms of builders, planning consent, design, etc.
- The project is about to start but you feel that due to your own commitments (work, life, new arrivals) you cannot manage the work or commit the time required to source various elements of the work e.g. kitchen, bathroom, or other areas.
- The work has started and again due to work commitments you are finding the project is consuming you.
- There is need to ensure the project stays on track due to break downs in communication or uncertainty over who is responsible for moving the project forward.
- Looking to move into property development but don’t have the time to manage the project yourself? We will happily provide you with our expertise in developing properties by managing the project and guiding you through the do’s and don’t of property refurbishment.

We will listen to your needs and aid you in realising these before producing a specification, then translate this into a project timescale with key milestones, so that you can understand and follow the progress of the refurbishment. This allows you to know when you should be paying for work completed, when there are delays, consequently giving you control over the project.
